IntuitionX respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedure for copyright holders to report alleged infringements of their work on our Service.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our Service without your permission, please provide us with the following information in a written notice:

Required Information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will take whatever action we deem appropriate, including the removal of the challenged content from the Service and, in cases of repeated infringement, the termination of the user's account.

Important Notice

Please ensure that your notice contains all the required information listed above. Incomplete notices may not be processed. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid claims.
